For medical examination for driving licence please choose this option. The price of the examination is fixed by the authorities (7200 HUF). You can pay this with immediate bank transfer at the appointment. If you have no chronic disease and during the examination we don't find any irregularities, we can give you the confirmation of the examination. If you have any known chronic illness or disease (for example GLASSES or contact lens), please choose first the distant consultation option, so we can decide what kind of test results do you need to bring with you later.
If you need a prescription and your child does have a Hungarian insurance number (TAJ number), please choose this option. We can prepare a prescription and upload it to the cloud, so you can have the medication in the pharmacy with TAJ number and ID. Please write down in the comment area the name of the medication, the weight of the child, and the dose of the medication if it is regular medicine.
If your child has mild symptoms of cold or diarrhea/vomiting, and it improves with over the counter medication treatment, and you need excuse for school, please choose this option. Please write down the dates of the absence from school for us, we will send you the paper for the school in email.
You can choose this option, if your child doesn't have symptoms which can be related to coronavirus infection (cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea or vomiting, sore throat, runny nose). If your child has the symptoms above, please choose distant consultation option. If you choose personal appointment, please write down in the comment area the symptoms of your child, and come to our office for the booked appointment.
If your child needs her/his regular medication, and you do want to come in to our office for the prescription, please choose this option. If you don't want to come in, just go to the pharmacy and have the medicine please choose e-prescription option. For the prescription please write in the comment area the name and dose of the medication, or if you don't know the dose, the weight of your child. For the paper format prescription what you can book here, you need to come in the office. You can come here after the booked appointment in our opening hours.
If you need referral to hospital or specialist, please choose this option. In the comment area please write down in a few words, what kind of symptoms does your child have or what kind of specialist do you need the referral for. We will prepare the referral at the time you did reserve here, and you need to come to our office to take it. You can arrive anytime after the reserved appointment in our opening hours.
If your child is ill and you need to stay home and can not work, and you need sick-pay, please choose this option. In the comment area please write down the start and finish day of sick-pay.
For vaccination please choose this option.
